The legal justification for collecting this information is for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the terms and conditions agreement concluded between the Qawafel platform and the users, and because this information is necessary to obtain the services provided by the Qawafel platform to users arising under the users’ optional consent.

Data We Collect:

1-Data of the supplier/suppliers: This term means every natural or legal person registered with Qawafil One.
  • Supplier personal data

It includes store names, legal name in Arabic, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, delivery locations and addresses, in addition to bank account information including the beneficiary’s name, bank name and IBAN number.

  • Supplier store data

We also collect store data such as profile pictures, commercial registration number, commercial registration certificate, VAT certificate, VAT number registered with the Zakat and Income Tax Authority or Zakat and Income Tax Authority ID or tax identification number, such as the Mumarah license number, Human Resources and Social Development license number, Seven Hundred license number, Mesa license number, national ID number, Gulf ID number, residency permit number, and passport number.

  • Data obtained from third parties

Data may also be collected from third parties to support marketing activities and data analysis.

  • Cookie data

We collect cookie data, which is gathered through website logs.

  • Usage data:
  • 1- Data about user activity on the platform, such as page visits, time spent on the site, and link clicks.
  • 2- Device data such as device type, operating system, browser, IP address, and device location if permissions have been granted.
  • Customer and consumer data:

Data provided by customers and consumers when using the platform's services, including shipping, invoicing, and payment data.

2- Buyer data: This term refers to any natural or legal person who purchases the product or service from the supplier through the Qawafel platforms.
  • Buyer's personal data

The required information includes store names, legal name in Arabic, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, delivery locations and addresses, name and mobile number of the authorized recipient, and bank account details such as the beneficiary's name, bank name, and IBAN.

  • Buyer Store Data

1-We also collect store data such as profile pictures, commercial registration number, commercial registration certificate, VAT certificate, and VAT number registered with the Zakat and Income Tax Authority. Data may also be collected from third parties to support marketing activities and analytics.

2- We also collect business data for the store (buyer), including the merchant's job title, opening hours, number of branches, number of employees, and business volume based on monthly revenue and social media links.

  • Cookie data

We collect cookie data, which is gathered through website logs.

  • Usage data:
  • Data about user activity on the platform, such as page visits, time spent on the site, and link clicks.
  • Device data such as device type, operating system, browser, IP address, and device location if permissions have been granted.
3- Third-party logistics (3PL) data:

Any third-party external party whose services are provided by Qawafel to users provides transportation, storage, or distribution services for products on behalf of suppliers through Qawafel platforms by linking it with users without any intervention or relationship from Qawafel to the agreement concluded between the user and the service provider, whether it is a shipping, storage, or other company.

  • Personal data of logistics companies:

The information includes the names of the service providers, profile pictures, legal name in Arabic, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery locations, addresses, and mobile numbers, as well as bank account details such as the beneficiary’s name, bank name, and IBAN.

  • Cookie data

We collect cookie data, which is gathered through website logs.

Strategic and logistical services (third-party services) in convoys:

The supplier and buyer acknowledge that by using third-party logistics services through the Qawafel platform, they grant Qawafel full permission to share their data with the service provider, including information such as username, phone number, email address, commercial registration number, establishment address, postal code, and additional delivery-related data such as precise location. This data is used to facilitate the provision of the requested service by the logistics company (the third party) and to ensure the efficient delivery of orders in accordance with the terms of service.

How to collect data:

Data is collected by the user providing it to us, whether the user provides it electronically through the platform or by communicating with the team through other means of communication. Information may also be collected by a third party who provides us with data that they obtain by granting the user the authority to obtain it and share it with others.

How we use the data:
  • We use personal data to improve the services we provide and ensure they meet your needs.
  • We use usage data to enhance and develop the Qawafel platform and ensure a better user experience.
  • We use customer data for support purposes, providing information and analyzing data to improve our products and services.
  • We collect this data to provide you with services such as identity verification, order fulfillment and delivery, invoicing, and shipping.
  • We use data to communicate with you for customer service, complaint handling, and marketing purposes, including providing you with offers and additional services.
Data sharing:
  • Internal Parties: We only share data with authorized departments and employees within Qawafel.

  • Qawafel protects the data of merchants, buyers, and logistics companies using high-quality electronic and technical security systems that are continuously and regularly updated.
  • No method of transmitting data over the internet or storing data electronically is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data.
  • If personal data is directly related to a case before a judicial or security authority, we will retain the data for as long as required.
  • We may continue to retain personal data if there is a legal justification for retaining it for a specific period.
